Suran Kebab Masala Recipe by Archana’s Kitchen


  • To start making the Suran Kebab Masala Recipe, firstly peel the yam and lower into 1 inch cubes. Wash the suran nicely and drain the water. Pat dry the suran with absorbent paper.

  • Switch the suran items to a bowl, together with salt and kebab masala. Combine and coat all of the items nicely. Enable to take a seat for 10 minutes. 

  • Warmth oil in a heavy bottomed pan, on medium warmth to deep fry the Suran Kebabs. 

  • Gently slide the Suran items from the facet of the kadai and deep fry till crisp nd golden brown, stirring often. It will take about 8-10 minutes. Drain the Suran Kebabs on absorbent paper and put aside. 

  • Now, in a strain cooker add 1 teaspoon of oil and warmth this on medium flame.

  • Add finely chopped onions, saute until golden brown, for about 4-6 minutes. Subsequent add ginger, garlic and inexperienced chilli paste. Combine nicely.

  • At this stage, add purple chilli powder and tomato puree. Cook dinner nicely till oil separates. It will take about 3 to 4 minutes.

  • Now add all the opposite dry masala powders together with turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and stir nicely. Let it cook dinner for about 2 minutes.

  • After 2 minutes, add the Suran Kebabs to this gravy, together with curd and salt. Combine every thing nicely.

  • Add water to regulate the consistency. Stress cook dinner for two whistles and permit the strain to launch naturally.

  • Open the cooker, give it a stir and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve Suran Kebab Masala Recipe together with Palak RaitaPanchmel Dal and Phulka for a weekend meal.
